1. What is Escrow?

Escrow is Chollam.com's secure payment system. The buyer's money is held safely on the platform until the deal is completed.

2. Escrow Process

1) Both parties agree to terms 2) Buyer makes payment 3) Seller sends the ticket 4) Buyer confirms 'Received' 5) Seller receives payout

3. Commission

Escrow deals include a platform fee for both buyer and seller. The exact rate is shown when the deal starts.

4. Disputes

If fake tickets or false claims are proven, Chollam.com will decide the outcome. Platform decisions are final.

5. Limitations

Escrow protects the payment flow but does not guarantee ticket validity, NID matching, or acceptance during travel. See the Ticket Resale Policy for details.
