2. Special Train Ticket Notice
⚠️ Regarding train tickets: Under Bangladesh Railway rules, train tickets are issued in a specific passenger's name. Transferring tickets is technically against railway regulations. Chollam.com accepts no responsibility for this. Before buying a train ticket, buyers must be fully aware of this risk. Chollam.com is not liable for any problems during the journey.
3. Seller Responsibilities
As a seller, you confirm: ✓ The ticket is completely genuine and valid ✓ The same ticket has not been sold elsewhere ✓ All ticket information is accurate and truthful ✓ You accept 100% responsibility for this listing If rules are broken: ✗ Your NID information may be shared with the buyer ✗ Your account will be permanently banned ✗ Legal action may be taken
4. Buyer Responsibilities
As a buyer, you acknowledge: ✓ Some tickets may require NID or identity verification ✓ Train ticket names may not match — you accept this risk ✓ You are responsible for verifying the ticket after receiving it ✓ No refund is possible after confirming 'Received'
5. Escrow Protection
In escrow deals, Chollam.com: ✓ Holds payment securely ✓ Assists with ticket verification ✗ Does not guarantee ticket authenticity
6. Disputes
If a fake ticket is proven, the buyer receives a refund. If the buyer makes a false claim, the seller receives payment. Chollam.com's decision is final.
