1. General Terms

By using Chollam.com, you agree to these terms. Please read them completely before using the site. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

2. Listing Rules

Only valid tickets may be posted. Posting fake or duplicate tickets will result in permanent account suspension and possible legal action.

3. Payments & Commission

A 5% commission applies to escrow deals. Payment is only via bKash. Chollam is not responsible for transactions outside the platform.

4. Prohibited Activities

Fraud, harassment, spam, selling fake tickets, threatening other users, and posting illegal content are strictly prohibited. Violations result in account termination.

5. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, Chollam's decision is final. For escrow disputes, both parties' evidence will be reviewed before a decision is made.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chollam is not liable for issues arising from direct deals. For escrow deals, we make every effort to protect users but accept limited liability for technical issues.

7. Changes to Terms

Chollam may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
